• watch other facilitators, dialogue afterwards
• pairing, different forms:
  1. observer
  2. pair facilitation
  3. mentoring
• “Doctor’s in”
• find your weaknesses
  • face them and learn
  • eg. in voluntary work
  • try it in other domains (not in retrospectives)
