In the group, the team defined three templates of letters that each individual of a team writes as a reflection from the future about their sense of pride around the project. The group created facilitator guidelines as well: all work is completed by individuals; the writing should be timeboxed to 20 minutes; the group gathers to “Discuss and cluster” the results of the Team and Customer letters; these are posted (Self letters are optionally posted)
